Beauty school
got you a license.
Now what?
You paid $20,000 for a cosmetology license. But here's a better question than "am I good enough yet?" — what's your next move when high-impact blonding still feels like guesswork?
Nobody taught you how to look at a head of hair and know how to break it down and simplify it. Nobody taught you how to read the section and choose your move from there. Nobody taught you that intuitive decisions are what create the masterpiece.
So now you're behind the chair, watching TikToks and crossing your fingers it turns out — wondering if you'll ever feel confident with high-impact blonding. You're not bad at color. You were just handed a license and told to figure out the rest. This class is the rest.
If any of this sounds like you, you're in the right place.
You're in beauty school or 1–3 years behind the chair, your technique is sharpening — but high-impact blonding still feels out of reach.
You're watching stylists at your level pull off blondes that look effortless while you're still guessing through each step.
You know there's a method to high-impact blonding — but no one's actually walked you through it on real hair, in real time.
You're done copying tutorials that fall apart on real heads and ready to understand how a high-impact blonde actually gets built.
The 7 elements behind every high-impact blonde.
The Prep
Reading the hair, the client, and the goal before you mix a single drop.
The Formula
Choosing developer, lightener, and toner that actually work together.
The Map
Sectioning the head for maximum result, minimum back pain.
The Placement
Foiling for natural dimension that doesn't look like striping.
The Process
Reading the lift in real time, knowing exactly when to pull.
The Tone
The single decision that makes or breaks the final result.
The Cut
How the lived-in haircut completes the blonde transformation.

The next generation of legends isn't waiting to be discovered.
Reagan got into hair the same way most legends do — by accident.
At 14 years old, he opened a white elephant Christmas gift, found a pair of clippers inside, popped the VHS into the player, tied a belt around his head, and gave himself his first fade. That's been the pattern ever since: see something, figure it out, share it with anyone willing to learn.
Fourteen years later, Reagan is the founder of Swagg House Salon in Del Mar, California, and the creator of DAP — an education platform built on the artist, for the artist, by an artist. He's a brand educator for SEVEN Haircare and a member of the K18 Collective. He's spoken on the SEVEN Haircare main stage and educated with the brand two years in a row, serving 500+ stylists. Behind the chair, he's personally trained over 100 stylists, with 18 more currently transforming through DAP since its launch in November 2025.
But the reason Reagan teaches isn't his resume — it's his story. When he moved to California, he didn't have a single client. He had to either go find them or get good enough at being findable that they'd come to him. He had to do both. That became his playbook — the systems he built in real time, in real life, on a real chair that needed to fill. He calls it casting a net instead of throwing a line.
DAP is built to put those systems in the hands of every artist who was handed a license and told to figure out the rest. Whether you're a beauty school student, a stylist 1–3 years on the floor, or a licensed pro who's been told to "just keep posting" — you're not alone in this. The information exists. The mentorship exists. The coaching exists. And it's waiting for you, right here.
Stop guessing.
Start executing.
7 hours. 7 elements. One transformation. Everything else is just copying tutorials that don't translate — and that hasn't worked yet.
